Section III - Family Friendly

The Chattooga River’s Section III offers its paddlers breathtaking scenery and incredible whitewater.  Section III is a beginner float trip full of an abundant amount of wildlife and plants throughout the National Forest.  Participants will enjoy a day of Class II and III rapids with a Class IV ending at Bulls Sluice.  This trip is perfect for families, youth groups, and first time rafters.  Click here for more details on Chattooga River Rafting on Section III.

Section IV – Thrill Seekers

Section IV combines the amazing scenery with heart pounding whitewater.  Participants are in for the ride of a lifetime as they battle through some of the Southeast’s most notorious Class IV and V rapids east of the Mississippi River.  The climax of the trip is towards the end as the rafts plunge down the notorious Five Falls and Soc-em-Dog.  This trip is built for adventurists and thrill seekers.  Click here for more details on Chattooga River Rafting on Section IV.
